Payment questions
Can my balance expire?
Your balance is valid for 12 months after your latest top-up. Every top-up extends the validity of your whole balance.
What happens if my balance runs out during a meeting?
The extension warns you a few minutes ahead, then stops recording automatically. Everything recorded so far is saved. You can run a summary that didn't get made from the meeting page after you top up.
Can I get a refund?
Unused balance can be refunded within 7 days of the top-up. See the Refund Policy for details.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. Every top-up comes with an email receipt, and your full usage history is in the dashboard.
Can the rates change?
Yes. Changes are announced in advance and only apply to usage after the effective date. Your credits keep their value.
