Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Mitaker, including the browser extension and the web app at https://mitaker.com (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Mitaker records the Google Meet tab you choose, stores recordings in the Google Drive account you connect, and produces transcripts and AI-generated summaries. Mitaker is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Google.

2. Your account

  • You sign up with a Google account or email and must be at least 13 years old.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your devices and password secure.

3. Paid usage

  • Every feature, recording included, deducts from your balance at the rates on the Pricing page. Accounts without an active balance can still sign in and connect Google Drive, but can't record or use AI features.
  • A meeting can be recorded for up to 300 minutes, and an account can connect up to 10 Google Drive accounts. Recording stops earlier when the balance no longer covers it.
  • New accounts get a one-time signup bonus of 500 credits (Rp5.000). It counts as promotional balance and is limited to one account per person.

4. Balance, prices, and payment

  • Balances and rates are counted in credits; 1 credit is worth Rp10. Top-ups are paid in Indonesian Rupiah, with a minimum of Rp25.000.
  • Payments are processed by Midtrans via QRIS, e-wallets, virtual accounts, or cards. We never store your card details. There is no extra fee for topping up.
  • Your balance can only be used for the Mitaker Service, cannot be withdrawn as cash, and cannot be transferred.
  • Usage is charged per minute of meeting time (rounded up) or per use, at the rate in effect when processing starts. Every charge is itemized in the dashboard.
  • If AI processing fails because of an error on our side, the amount held for it is returned automatically.
  • Rates may change. Changes are announced in advance and only apply to usage after the effective date; the value of 1 credit (Rp10) does not change.
  • Bonus or promotional balance follows the terms of that promotion and is not refundable.

5. Balance validity

Your balance is valid for 12 months after your latest top-up. Every top-up extends the validity of your whole balance. We email you before it expires. Expired balance cannot be restored.

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Recording and consent

  • You must follow the laws that apply to recording conversations, including informing participants and obtaining their consent when required.
  • You must follow the policies of your organization and of any meeting you record.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you record and how you use it.

8. Acceptable use

  • do not record people covertly or in violation of their privacy or other rights;
  • do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
  • do not attempt to access other users’ data, or disrupt or overload the Service;
  • do not reverse engineer or resell the Service without our permission.

9. Your content

You keep all rights to your recordings, transcripts, chat, and summaries. You grant us a limited permission to process that content only as needed to operate the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Third-party services

The Service depends on Google Meet, Google Drive, AI providers, Supabase, and Midtrans. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and changes to Google Meet may temporarily break features such as caption capture.

11. AI-generated content

Transcripts and summaries are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review them before relying on them.

12. Availability and changes

The Service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. If the Service is permanently discontinued, unused balance is refunded. We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the app.

13. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data, recordings, or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Keep your own copies of anything important.

14. Termination

You may stop at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
